Essex Guild of Archery Coaches

Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance

Archery GB (GNAS) are embarking on the development of a National framework for Coaching. It is expected that many people will get involved in various activities which will help to shape this over the next 8 years and as part of this, coaches and clubs have recently had the opportunity to complete an "audit" of coaching activity. We will, eventually, see the results of this audit but in the meantime, involvement with the Framework development should reflect what we believe is needed at local level. To this end the Guild would very much like to hear what sort of "coaching services", clubs, archers and coaches would benefit from.

There is no guarantee we will have the resources to deliver everything which might emerge from this exercise but clearly the coaching group would prefer to deliver the services which are perceived to be of benefit to archers, clubs and coaches. This is your opportunity to tell us, directly, what they might be.

You may complete the form below anonymously if you wish, though we would prefer to be able to follow up with you on any ideas which need further discussion.
